Syllabus

8 Day Evening Live Online Class. Classes run once a month from 18:30-21:30 GMT (13:30-14:30 EST) over an 8 day period. Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of the output of a process by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimising variability in manufacturing and business processes. It uses a set of quality management methods, mainly empirical, statistical methods, and creates a special infrastructure of people within the organization, who are experts in these methods. Each Six Sigma project carried out within an organization follows a defined sequence of steps and has specific value targets, for example: reduce process cycle time, reduce pollution, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and increase profits.Gain your IASSC Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with this course. This course provides you with 12 months access to course material and includes the official IASSC exam to allow you to gain certification from IASCC confirming you are fully Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
