Module 4: Brand Identity & Marketing. Ideate a customer experience that communicates a brand mission and values that reach your target audience through building a customer journey, brand storytelling, UX design, and the importance of customer service.
Module 5: Back End Services & Reporting. Learn the ins and outs of distribution and logistics, focusing on fulfillment tools and shipping, while understanding digital solutions and tools used for measuring and tracking key metrics from page views to revenue reports.

Lessons range from creating a marketing strategy, building a digital brand, designing a customer journey, optimizing SEO tools and paid media, utilising data and KPI reporting, understanding distribution and logistics, and more.
The program includes 5 online course modules, and related skill-building activities. Each module is 3-5 hours, and is broken into several shorter lessons that students complete at their own pace. Students earn a non-credit certificate of completion from Parsons.
